Booking & Payment Terms
To secure your booking a 20% deposit must be paid in full. Bookings can be made up to 150 days in advance. Payment for all shoots must be made in full no later than 7 days before the scheduled session. Deposits are non-refundable. Failure to make payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking. Clients who have concerns about payment should contact us directly at least 7 days before the session.
Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs to the best of our ability.
You may reschedule your session, over 7 days before your appointment, once for free. Late fees (the equivalent of your deposit) will apply when making changes within a week of your session.
If a second reschedule is requested, your current booking will be therefore cancelled and a new booking will be arranged for you. A new non-refundable deposit will be required. This also applies to rescheduling requests within 1 week prior to your booking.
Cancellations
If your session was paid in full, you can request to cancel your session and be refunded anytime before 7 days prior to your shoot. If you try to cancel within 7 days of your shoot, we will consider this a no show and you will not be refunded. Please note that deposits are non-refundable at all times. When cancelling, the original 20% deposit is kept and the remaining balance will be refunded to you within 10 business days.
Late Policy
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled headshot sessions. If a client arrives more than 20 minutes late, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and the client will be required to rebook with a new deposit.
Usage Rights and Licensing
Upon completion of the headshot session, clients will have access to a secure online gallery where they can view and select their favourite images (they will be unedited at this time). It's important to note that the photos provided in the online gallery contain watermarks and are not permitted for use in any way. Only once the selected images are edited and finalised will they be provided to the client for distribution and use in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Clients may not sell or distribute the images for commercial purposes without prior consent from the photographer.
Liability and Disclaimers
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients during the headshot session, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur. Clients participate in the session at their own risk, and we encourage open communication about any specific needs or concerns. Additionally, while we strive for excellence in every aspect of our work, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from the headshot session, as individual preferences and expectations may vary.
Editing
At Peashoots Studio, we strive to deliver your edited images in a timely and professional manner. All edited images will be delivered within a maximum of 2 weeks from receiving your choices and/or the payment made for additional images. You are entitled to up to 2 free revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges. Custom edits, such as altering hair colour, clothing, or backdrops, will be subject to an additional charge. We will inform you of the costs once we receive a detailed request.

lessons
Booking & Payment Terms
Lessons are booked on a recurring weekly basis unless otherwise agreed. Payment is required in advance to secure your slot, either as a rolling weekly payment or in monthly blocks.
Payment for all sessions must be made in full no later than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Failure to make payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of the session and release of your time slot. Clients who have concerns about payment should contact us directly in advance so we can support where possible.
Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
You may reschedule your lesson, with more than 24 hours’ notice, free of charge. Sessions rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged in full.
If repeated rescheduling becomes necessary, we may need to review your regular booking slot to ensure fairness to all clients.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a session, please provide as much notice as possible.
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be considered a late cancellation and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.
Late Policy

Online & In-Person Sessions
Lessons may take place either in person or online. Clients attending online sessions are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a suitable environment to participate fully.
Technical issues on the client’s side do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling, although we will always aim to be fair where possible.
Health & Wellbeing
For singing lessons in particular, clients are encouraged to take care of their vocal health. Please inform us of any illness, strain, or concerns so sessions can be adapted accordingly.
Your wellbeing is always a priority, and we aim to create a supportive and comfortable environment for all clients.

We are committed to helping you grow and develop; however, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as progress depends on individual effort, consistency, and goals.
